Gastric banding

The gastric bypass surgery works by making the stomach smaller and making your digestive system shorter by removing a part of your bowel. This makes you eat small meals and as a result your body would take up few calories resulting in weight loss. You may continue to lose weight for up to a year. This puts your body through trauma. Side effects: You may suffer from nausea, vomiting, hernia, blood clots or infections. While you are reducing your intake, you may end up with low blood sugar making you feel dizzy or even get bouts of diarrhea. This results from low nutrient intake as you are unable to eat normally because of reduced stomach size.

Side effects of liposuction

As such, the procedure is safe but long term effects of liposuction may be more common when large volumes of fat are removed and when aggressive suction is used against the tissue closest to the skin. These include bruising, swelling, bleeding, infection and a change in nerve function. A brown discoloration of the skin may occur in some women. Nerve damage may result in a pins and needles feelings and aching pain. Small lumps and texture change may be seen in the skin. Slight imperfections may appear; the skin’s surface may be irregular, asymmetric or even saggy, especially in older women with less elastic skin. Numbness and pigmentation changes may also occur.

Hymenoplasty

Many women opt for hymenoplasty to regain their virginity. Hymenoplasty involves hymen (the membrane which covers the vagina until which time that it becomes ruptured) repair or reconstruction of the hymen membrane. The hymen can usually rupture during the woman’s first intercourse experience. It may also rupture from accidents such as horseback riding, gymnastics, cycling, diving or even the use of a tampon. This surgical procedure is simple and the results are permanent. The hymen is reconstructed toits original state before tearing. There could be a risk of side effects from the anesthetic used, along with bleeding, poor wound healing or a poor cosmetic result and blood accumulation.

Need of the day

Being finished and polished has become the need of the day what with more international companies coming in raising the expectations to international levels. The only thing we Indians need is a little polish. Today, thankfully, people understand the need for it. There are a lot of companies that want their staff to be etiquette savvy to deal with international clientele. We have workshops on dining, wine appreciation and dressing correctly for all occasions. All these have become a necessity in job markets today.

Get the polish

Just as we like somebody else eating with their mouth open in the same way, we should not do it ourselves. We should always wipe our hands or use the cocktail napkin before shaking hands with anybody. We should not hold the ladle with our dirty hands. We should not get drunk in a party. We just need to be sensible enough and keep these things in mind at all social dos. Whatever background you come from, everyone has a chance to stand out, a chance to learn, improve and build up their skills, a chance to be a brand.
